By using ALMAJRA you agree to these terms. Please read them before buying.

1. Who we are

ALMAJRA is an independent reseller of digital gift cards operating in Libya. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SHEIN or any other brand whose cards we sell.

2. Your account

An account is created for you automatically at checkout using the phone number you provide. You are responsible for keeping your customer code and password confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown before you confirm your order and are payable in the currency displayed. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund it in full where a card is priced incorrectly due to an obvious error, or where stock is unavailable.

4. Payment and delivery

Cards are reserved for you for a limited window while you complete payment. Card numbers and PINs are released only after our payment provider confirms your payment. If a reservation expires before payment completes, the cards return to general stock.

5. Use of gift cards

Gift cards are subject to the issuing brand's own terms. Each card may be redeemed once, on one account. You are responsible for entering the code correctly and for the account you redeem it on.

6. Prohibited use

You may not resell cards bought from us as genuine ALMAJRA stock, use the platform for fraud or money laundering, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the operation of the service.

7. Liability

We are responsible for delivering a working card that matches your order. We are not responsible for losses arising from a card being shared, published, or entered on an account you do not control.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
